About Me

I have a passion for music. As a member of the Festival Youth Singers in St. Marys, I had the privilege to go to Europe and sing by the fountain from The Sound of Music. I have been on worship teams wherever I attended church. I am a self-taught ukulele player and can hammer out some chords on the piano.

I also have a passion for Drama. Whether enjoying a live show at the Stratford Festival Theatre or performing myself as a sweet grade 3 actor in Rumpelstiltskin, a sleezy and sassy drunk in a high school play, or even as an extra in the Hallmark movies filmed in North Bay, I always find a way to enjoy the performing arts.

I am always reading, and often find mistakes of some sort in the books and documents I read. I want young readers to have fun and get lost in what they read, so I decided to get into the editing business to help make reading a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Some of my favourite authors include Kiera Cass, P.C. Cast, Alyson Noël, Nora Roberts, and Jodi Picoult.

I am the youngest of six kids and the only girl. I married my husband, Harri, in 2019 and we now live in Kingston, Ontario. Due to my husband’s job, we will be moving around the country every few years.

We have a 15 year old dog, Charlie, and two 10 month old puppies, Morrigan and Hazel. Charlie is a mix of Black Labrador, Blue Heeler, and Border Collie. He loves playing fetch and spending time laying in the sun. Morrigan and Hazel are Standard Poodle sisters who couldn't be more opposite from each other. Morrigan is a black dog who loves to snuggle and laze around, while Hazel is white and all about running around and playing.
